8. Deposits and Withdrawals from Your Account

8.1. To bet or play, you must deposit money into Your Account.

8.2.1. Funds deposited must not originate from illegal activity.
8.2.2. You will not reverse legitimate payments.

8.3. Only use your own payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. Third-party use is prohibited.

8.4. Refund-related bank transfer fees are paid by the recipient.

8.5. The Company may restrict withdrawals if funds have not been wagered as expected.

8.7. Chargebacks are prohibited. You are responsible for covering them if they occur.

9. Placing a Bet or Playing

9.1. You are responsible for the accuracy of your bets.

9.3. We may refuse any bet. Bets are not valid until you receive confirmation.

9.4. Bets can only be made with available credit.

9.5. Maximum winnings per sports bet are $20,000. Any amount above this may be written off.

10. Collusion, Cheating, Fraud, and Criminal Activity

10.1.1. Sharing information with third parties;
10.1.2. Using unfair advantage including exploiting bugs or bots;
10.1.3. Fraudulent deposits including use of stolen cards;
10.1.4. Participation in any criminal activity including money laundering;
10.1.5. Collusion with other players.

10.3. We take steps to prevent and address collusion or cheating. We are not responsible for losses due to these activities.

10.4. Report any suspicious behavior to support.

10.5. We may terminate or block accounts for suspected fraud or illegality.

10.6. You must use services in good faith. Bad faith usage may lead to account termination and forfeiture of funds.

11. Other Prohibited Activities

11.1. You must not use aggressive, offensive, or abusive language or behavior.

11.2. You must not introduce malicious software or spam the Website.

11.3. The Website is for entertainment. Reproduction without permission is forbidden.

11.4. Unauthorized access attempts will be reported to authorities.

15.2. The Company reserves the right to refuse, restrict, cancel, or limit any bet.

15.3. If you are incorrectly credited with any winnings as a result of human error or a bug, defect, or error in the software, or the failure of the relevant game product, the Company will not be liable to pay you any winnings, and you agree to refund any winnings that may have been credited to you as a result of such errors or malfunctions.

17.3.3. Close your Account, with or without prior notice;
